But remember, an energy-efficient furnace alone will not have as great an impact on your energy bills as using the whole-house approach. By combining proper equipment maintenance and upgrades with appropriate insulation, air sealing, and thermostat settings, you can cut your energy use for heating and cooling, and reduce environmental emissions, from 20% to 50%.

Maintenance

Maintaining your heating and cooling equipment is as important as changing the oil in your car! Routine and proper maintenance will also insure that your system is operating as efficiently as possible. At Gentry Heating and Cooling we operate a separate department dedicated to cleaning and maintaining your home comfort system. Our highly trained Tune Up Specialists take pride in providing the best preventative maintenance service in the industry.

Our Energy Savings Agreement program is the best way to insure that your system is providing the cleanest and most efficient home comfort environment. When it is time for a “tune up” we contact you to schedule your service. We now have the option of choosing a 1 year, 2 year or 3 year Agreement. A two year agreement is discounted 5% off our normal low rate, three years offers a 10% discount! Just the thing for those that like to plan ahead and save money!

In addition to the multi-year options we have now included a 15% discount on Parts and Labor for any repairs not included in the Service Agreement and a 5% discount on New Equipment Purchases. In a perfect world there would be no breakdowns but unfortunately they do occur. We hope this new and exciting benefit will provide you a bit more peace of mind.

Let us tell you about one more benefit. Energy Savings Agreement customers never pay overtime for an emergency! If we come to your home or business for an emergency repair after hours or on weekends, all you pay is our standard rate, no more overtime!
